Help & Support

This page covers signing in, managing your account, and the common tasks in CampusResolve. For anything about a specific case, your institution’s Title IX office is your primary point of contact — CampusResolve does not administer cases or make decisions about them.

Signing in

Sign in with your email and password. If your account has two-factor authentication enabled, a second step asks for the current six-digit code from your authenticator app before you’re signed in. For security, once two-factor is set up it is required at every sign-in.

New parties don’t start with an account. Your institution sends you a secure enrollment link; opening it lets you set a password and enroll an authenticator, which creates your login. For your security, sessions end automatically after a period of inactivity — just sign in again to continue.

Your account & settings

Most account tasks are self-service in Account & Settings:

If you are locked out or can’t complete two-factor setup, contact your institution’s Title IX office, which can arrange a reset.
