Accessibility

Last updated: August 2026

CampusResolve is used to manage sensitive Title IX and grievance-resolution matters, and it is important to us that everyone involved — staff and parties alike — can use it. We work to make the Platform usable by people with a wide range of abilities and assistive technologies.

Our commitment

We design and build the Platform following widely recognized accessibility practices, and we aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. We treat accessibility as ongoing work — tested and improved as the product evolves — rather than a one-time checkbox.

Features that support access

Known limitations

Accessibility is never finished. Some areas may not yet fully meet our target, and complex or newer features may need further refinement. We document and prioritize improvements, and reports from people who use the Platform help us find and fix barriers we may have missed.

Reporting a barrier

If you encounter an accessibility barrier while using CampusResolve, please let us know so we can address it. If the barrier affects your participation in a specific case, contact your institution’s Title IX office, which can also arrange reasonable accommodations. For Platform-level accessibility issues, contact CampusResolve through your institution’s CampusResolve services agreement. A description of the problem, the page or feature involved, and the browser or assistive technology you were using all help us respond faster.
