About CampusResolve

CampusResolve is case-management software for colleges and universities — built to help Title IX offices and other grievance-resolution teams run their processes carefully, fairly, and on the record. The institution is the records custodian; CampusResolve is the tool its staff use to do the work.

Who we serve

We build for the people who run higher-education grievance processes — Title IX coordinators, investigators, decision-makers, and appeals officers — and for the complainants, respondents, witnesses, and advisors who take part in a matter. A single platform serves both sides of that work: a staff workspace for managing cases, and a party-facing portal that keeps each person informed of their rights and next steps.

The problem we address

Grievance and Title IX processes are consequential, deadline-driven, and heavily scrutinized — yet they are often run across email threads, shared drives, and spreadsheets, where it is hard to keep everyone informed, protect sensitive information, and produce a clean record after the fact. CampusResolve brings the whole matter into one place, from intake through resolution, so the process is easier to run and easier to trust.

What the platform does

Our principles

A tool, not a decision-maker

The Platform supports an institution’s process; it does not replace the judgment of its Title IX personnel or its counsel. Decisions about jurisdiction, framework, relevance, and outcomes are always the institution’s.
